Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order: contact our customer service as soon as possible by email* at contact@outils-de-jardinage.fr.

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

*To speed up the processing of your request, please indicate in the subject of your email "Cancel my order" as well as your full name and order number in the body of the email.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has been shipped, rest assured, you can make a return in order to benefit from a refund, subject to the rules below.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. The package's shipping label must also be present and intact.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Digital books

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.

Reimbursement of delivery costs is only possible in the event of withdrawal before the package is sent.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@outils-de-jardinage.fr .

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@outils-de-jardinage.fr

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@outils-de-jardinage.fr and we will inform you of the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse capable of receiving returned packages.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item over €50, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
